Terms of use and ordering
1. Catalogue and pricing
Products, prices and availability may change. Prices shown are catalogue prices in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Delivery is quoted separately. Final availability and any material price change are confirmed before fulfilment.
2. Orders
Adding products to a basket does not reserve stock. Sending a basket through the Ranha order flow creates an enquiry or order request for confirmation. An order becomes binding only after the relevant seller or operator confirms the items, price, delivery arrangement and payment requirements.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and charges depend on destination, product availability and transport arrangements. Cross-border buyers are responsible for any duties, permits or import requirements unless agreed otherwise in writing.
4. Health products
Health and medical products are supplied subject to applicable law and availability. Ranha does not use this catalogue to supply scheduled prescription medicines.
5. Seller applications
Seller applications are reviewed. Submission does not guarantee approval, create a seller account, or publish products automatically.
6. Legal operator
