What we collect
You can browse without creating an account. When you submit an order, request or seller application, we collect only the details needed to process that interaction, such as your name, WhatsApp number, email, country, town, selected products and delivery preference.
How we use it
We use submitted information to respond to enquiries, confirm orders, arrange delivery, review seller applications, keep operational records and, only where you opt in, send specials through WhatsApp.
Device and offline data
The app may store catalogue and basket information on your device so that shopping works reliably on slower connections and after the first load. A device identifier is used to keep your basket associated with your browser.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or transport partners only where needed to operate the service, fulfil an order or comply with law.

Marketing opt-in is optional. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information where applicable by contacting info@solutionq.co.za.
